From 23rd to 27th January 2019 Minsk Arena will host the European Figure Skating Championships. More than 100 world-class athletes will gather in the capital of Belarus for one of the most prestigious tournaments of the year.

Skaters will compete in 4 categories. In Men and Ladies single skating athletes will delight spectators and judges with incredible jumps and spins, intricate step sequences. In Pairs skaters will perform dizzying lifts, throw jumps and twists. And the main feature of Ice Dance is exceptional composition and performance, combined with the ease of movements and perfect skating skills.

2018th European Champions are:

  • Alina Zagitova (Russia) - Pyeongchang Olympic Champion;
  • Javier Fernandez (Spain) - bronze medalist of the 2018 Olympics, six-time European Champion;
  • Pair from Russia - Evgenia Tarasova / Vladimir Morozov – two-time European Champions;
  • French Ice Dance couple Gabriella Papadakis / Guillaume Cizeron – Pyeongchang Silver, five-time World Champions.

Who will fight for the title of European Champion 2019 will be known very soon!
